Dispatcher

We are looking for a reliable Dispatcher to act as a member of our Dispatch team here at Georgia Roadside in assisting the various members in responding to emergency and non-emergency calls. You will receive requests, transmit messages and track vehicles. The ideal candidate must be primarily an excellent communicator and able to remain calm and composed, especially in emergency situations. You must be able to multi-task as well as take the appropriate action with little supervision. The goal is to enable different parties to communicate well by ensuring the accurate and timely transmission of information. We provide towing and roadside assistance services for all types of vehicles from large commercial vehicles to regular passenger vehicles

Assistance calls for customers in need.
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Availability nights, weekends, and holidays as requested.
- Previous experience as a dispatcher for a roadside assistance or towing services.
- Strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
