Refund Policy for Georgia Roadside Incorporated

At Georgia Roadside Incorporated, we strive to provide reliable and efficient roadside assistance services. Refunds are only granted under specific conditions as outlined below. By using our services, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.


Conditions for Refunds

Refunds are granted only under the following circumstances:


1. Service Could Not Be Performed as Agreed

  • If Georgia Roadside is unable to complete the service as agreed due to issues on our part (e.g., technical failure, technician unavailability), we will schedule another technician within 24 hours of the failed booking.

  • If the service cannot be rendered after a second attempt due to issues on our part, the customer will receive a full refund.

  • Refunds are not granted if the service cannot be completed due to reasons beyond our control, such as:

    • A vehicle requiring additional mechanical repairs beyond the scope of the requested service (e.g., failed jump-start due to other vehicle issues).

    • Missing essential tools or components, such as a spare tire or wheel lock key, required for the requested service.

    • Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is prepared for the service requested.


2. Errors in Billing or Duplicate Charges

  • Refunds will be issued in the event of a billing error or if a customer is accidentally charged more than once for the same service.

  • Customers must notify us of billing discrepancies within 7 days of the transaction.


Non-Refundable Conditions

  • Refunds are not granted for cancellations initiated by the customer after a technician has been dispatched.

  • Refunds are not issued for incomplete services caused by factors outside of Georgia Roadside’s control.

To request a refund, contact us with the following information:

  • Full name and contact information.

  • Details of the service and payment (e.g., date, invoice number, service booked).

  • Explanation of the issue that qualifies for a refund.
